just be yourself, if you see a guy you like ask him out or give hime your phone number or an email address. failing that just go out and wait for the guys to approach you.

I don't know why you want to attract men outside your race and culture. Too me that sounds a bit racist. But like me I don't care what a female race is or culture, I just happen to like all female, as long as they let me play with them.

Change your behavior to fit his culture. Contrary to popular opinion the bigger hurdle is culture not race. An educated white and and educated black are more likely to get along than an educated person and an uneducated person from the same race.

Just listen to your heart My Friend. Coz love is all about our heart and feeling, and that`s nothing to do with colours, raced or country. Just do what you`ve done to attract mea after all these times, do it sincerely and you`ll get the attention.
We could feel when being approached by boy/girl in sincerely or not.

let it be known what you are attracted to. For instnace, im attracted to whit men (or i should say WAS attracted to). Im mexican and my husband is white. I let it be known to him right away that i like white boys. we hit it off now we have a baby and are married. Just tell it like it is.

Your just goign to have to be more aggresive because most guys don't look outside their own group and may not even look at you that way until you flirt with them.
