WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yOU WEIGHT 63 POUNDS OKAY iM HOPPING YOUR REALLY short cut thats like wow way to skinny for average people I know if I weighed that I d be dean of course Im tall putting aside that scary thing Id say work out like weights and stuff of course if you weigh 63 pounds dont think you can lift the weights. any way some people are built to be a certain way so mabe your bottomn is bigger then yyour top and girls are suppose to have big hips thighs and smaler shoulders guys are suppose to have big shoulders small hips and thighs

First, how old are you? What sex are you? Are we talking about pounds?
The height weight charts for women 5' 3" indicate this:
small frame: 111-124 lbs
medium frame: 121-135 lbs
large frame: 131-147 lbs
for men 5' 3":
small frame: 130-136
medium frame: 133-143
large frame: 140-153

Honey, if you are 5'3-1/2" tall and weigh 63 lbs, the "help" you need is an immediate intervention for your eating disorder.
As one human being to another, I beg you to seek treatment for what will, absolutely, be a fatal (as in graveyard dead) disease.

From the "accent" did anyone consider she meant Kilograms? Sheesh, The US is the only moronic country that still uses pounds. 63kg=139lbs
To Rsm, try running, it's a good cardio workout and burns fat well.

You are only 63 lbs. that is so dangerous you could end up in the hospital or even worse dead I suggest gaining weight. Love your body don't hate it!!!!!!!!!!!
