try 'follow me' wet look hair product. Comes in a white and pink bottle. I've tried it and it's good, just like you ask for. It's in a white cream form.

Yes, wet look gel. That's what it's called and it's pretty cheap! Just have a look in your local supermarket.

My fiance had this stuff by Redken called CONCRETE It worked REAL good on my hair giving it that effect and keeping it in place with out it being stiff as a board, but the stuffs expensive and i dont know where she got it i think a salon mabey?

well once your out of the shower apply mousse or gel immediately and style it ...this should give you the wet look.
