actually I SMSed it, and I did not get a reply
so I called on 5th day, and asked if she has read it
she said yes, when I asked her what she felt, she said nothing bad.
when I asked her for the reply, she said, actually you know we two are busy, so may not be able to do.
what could be the meaning?

What could she understand, or what should she understand? Do you sound desperate maybe....if so...that will scare her off. If you drop some nonverbal hints such as leaving her a rose either on her windsheild or just outside her door, but don't be mysterious, she may take you as a stalker. Be upfront, honest, and tell her you enjoy her company so very much, and would feel honored to enjoy it so much more!! Impress her with your interest, not your obsession!

A good way is to tell her "We have not meet for some time and I'm thinking of u all the time and miss u a lot." She will understand your meaning.
If she replies "So do i", u can answer "Do u think u are free on xxx to meet?"
... ...
She will think that u have feeling for her, and maybe want to date her out. So be careful, do not ask a girl out anyhow, in case she will misunderstand

If you told her directly in plain english what you want,then she understood ou just fine. Maybe she's not meeting with you for another reason..maybe she's hiding something from you.

she could understand that u r interested in her but be sincere and honest as to what your motives are. meaning do u want something serious or just seeking casual relationship??
