no..but you should learn it because it when u read it, it can help you from doing sin thing...

Generally the answer is "no". You will only be considered as commiting sin if you do not know to read the Quran when you have the oppurtunity to learn to read the Quran but you purposely refuse to learn. For example there is a Islamic school teaching Quran near your house and you have the time to learn at the Islamic school but you refuse to learn reading the Quran without any valid reason. If that is the case, then you are commiting sin. But remember that God is all forgiving if you repent.

I think that you should at leas try to learn how to read the Qur'an, or have someone try and teach you how to read it. However, if you have completely given up on learning how to do that, I guess you could resort to listening to it? But i think that it's important that you try and learn it. So...no, I don't think so. To be sure you might want to ask a local Imam or Shaikh.

No, you can get translations ('interpretations', they're called). It's not a sin not to be able to read Arabic.

no ofcourse not,God is much kinder thatn u could think of just being woried about this means a world to Him,the important thing is to love him and thank him for wht u r, he is just up there to help u (but in my opinion try to learn some arabic qoran is much beautiful on its own language,i know this is difficult but just try(it was difficult for me too,but i managed to do that!))

If you can't read Arabic, don't worry about it. It isn't considered the Word of God if it is translated into another language.

To the muslim extreamist you should be decapitated for not being able to read it. I personaly don't see it as a sin.
