Alex was seen in the Rangers theme Sportsman Pub in Singapore on Friday night (7th) on his way to Sydney with his family for a holiday. Rumour is that he might be getting the Sunderland job. Anyone else heard this?

They could do a lot worse than appoint him as the Manager. I thought a section of the Rangers support were unfair to him last year and he handled it with great dignity. I have a lot of respect for him and I hope he finds another club and does really well.

It would certainly be interesting but the rumour around here is that Sam Allardyce is a shoe-in for the Sunderland job.

Alex is a great manager who needs a right hand man with an eye for buying good players. His tactics and man management are great. His integrity as a man is second to none.
Sunderland ain't good enough for him
