John 7:24 "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment."

1 Corinthians 5:12,13 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from yourselves the evil person."

But I have a question for you. Why are you casting judgement?

yeah, you use one of the most misquoted verses in the Bible to pull down Christianity on the topic of judgmental-ism? Okay, in the first place everybody uses judgment every day of their lives. Its absolutely crucial to our survival. Every time you choose one person over another to befriend, every time you decide to avoid a neighborhood because of the criminal element you have judged.
Second the way this was translated leaves much to be desired. Christ was not saying to avoid all use of your judgment, what He was saying was not to judge rashly. Don't condemn without cause because God will use what ever measure we judge others to judge us.
3rd, Your question is a charge against Christianity. How can you charge somebody with a moral crime if you aren't using judgment against them? You have ignored common sense to attempt to pull down Christianity and tipped your hand and revealed an agenda to dissuade others from living by the standards Christ laid out or us. Nothing to do with judgmental-ism, its just an excuse to attack Christianity.
you've got your own little two line preachy soap box there now don't ya?

You've just discovered original sin. The Bible is for people, who judge the world, and it's Maker. People who don't Judge, have little use for the Book. People who do, can't live without it. Christians are all a work, in progress. We are trying to get back to that garden, were we don't judge.

Which would you prefer, a Christian who judges, or a non-Christian who judges? I suspect you just don't like being judged. And Christians are the most familiar to you.

It is rather funny, but it is a two way street. Don't put all of the blame on christians because there are some atheists and agnostics that are just as judgmental. You expect professed christians to live by a higher standard than you expect of yourselves.

Unfortunately, many who call themselves christians have lowered the standards that God has set, but they condemn atheists and agnostics while they do the same things.

Hypocrisy and judgmentalism are on both sides.

It sounds like you are the same, you are judging them now. If you don't want them to talk to you or comment tell them so, most will stop. If they don't then I'm sure you can find a way to get their attention.

it is human nature to judge others, whether we mean to or not, it just happens. However, I would say to anyone (christin or non-christian) to look at their own lives and if they are perfect then they have a right to judge me.
