Yes and no. You still have to practise safe sex because of STD. And birth control isn't 100% fool proof so you can still get pregnant

No.....The Pill is definitely not 100% "baby proof" I have "living proof" of that......THREE ....yes THREE out of my four children were conceived WHILE I WAS ON THE PILL.

You need to remember to take the pill at the same time EVERY DAY, you need to know that if you get any type of infection that requires antibiotics that the effectiveness of the pill drops to about 80% or lower and you need to use back-up methods of birthcontrol for the rest of that cycle and the entire next one until you have been back on the pill without any antibiotics for one FULL CYCLE.

At your age most of the boys (they aren't men....and most of them aren't men until they are over 30) do not give a flyin' crap about anything about you except what's between your legs. They don't care what you think, or how you feel about ANYTHING all they want is to lay on top of you and grunt and groan and blow their load. Then they'll run off and tell every other boy at school what you did or didnt' do and they'll all call you nasty little names like sl*t and Ho and wh*re until you graduate from school.

If you think you are grown-up and responsible enough to be having sexual intercourse then I assume you have your own apartment/house, you pay for all your own bills, groceries and work full time and you are able to pay for day care and diapers. If you can't afford these things yet or you have any goals as far as furthering your education I would suggest you wait to have sex or make d@mn sure that the stupid boy that's grunting and slobbering all over you is wearing a condom.

My first child was conceived at age 17.Just be careful there are all kinds of diseases out there Like everyone will say birth controll is to help prevent pregnancy it's not always effective and it doesn't keep you safe from disease's.Never say it wont happen to me.~~~~use a condom you have a long life to live .live it safe. You can get std's from oral sex without a condom too.better to be safe then sorry.

Is this what you want to do with "your" body? Because there are a lot of guys out there that are more than willing to abuse you just for sex! They will "DO" you and then split!
Why don't you wait a little while longer before you give it up to a "nobody"? "cause there will be a lot of "nobodies" out there in your world! You have soooo much to lose by doing this; diseases, possible pregnancy, the fear of being pregnant, missing a period or two, guys spreading rumors about you to one another, other girls talking about you behind your back!
It's yours... do what you want, but I would recommend keeping it for that special man you'll someday fall madly in live with and marry!

Only have sex when you are 100% sure you are ready for it. If you have any fear or doubt, don't force yourself.
