Mendelssohn in E Minor, Bach's Partitas especially the magnificent #6. For easier pieces, you can try Meditation from Thais or the easier concertos that come with the Suzuki books. For training, Kreutzer and Hrimaly is what I use. Contact me if you want to know more pieces and let me know your playing difficulty level.

That depends on your own skill level and advancement.

Can you handle the Mendelssohn? Or even one of Beethoven's Romances?

Or something a little less demanding?

I couldn't advise you without knowing something about your abilities as they now stand.
