well oiling is the best thing 4 hair.use mahabhringraj oil .it really works.never shempoo daily as ur hair may loose its natural oils .use mild shampoo or some herbal one Himalaya claims to use only natural ingredients in its products.use a paste of dried amla powder ,heena ,shikakai ,eggs,curd .apply for 2 hrs.then wash off.never use drier or comb wet hair.use a comb n not a brush.comp ur hair before sleeping.use conditioner after shampoo.go 4 hair trimming at regular intervals .take sprouts in breakfast drink mixed fruit juice n eat 2 amla daily. wash ur comp ,pillow with dettol n head n shoulder shampoo daqily. be happy.u will always remain smart.

My hair falls out really bad in Summer. Once the weather cools off, it slows down. You can get a vitamin, especially designed for strengthening hair but it takes over a month to work

There are shampoos for horse manes at all feed stores that will help greatly to make your hair thicker hence diminishing the appearance of the lost hair. The one I know of comes in a beige bottle with black letters but any will do.

Are you getting plenty of protein (Meat, cheese, beans, nuts, yogurt)? If you are, then perhaps you need a check-up. By the way, it's normal to lose between 50-100 hairs on your head daily.

It is normal to lose 1000 hairs a day.......believe it or not! Start counting, and if you're dropping more than that, then maybe see a doctor.

(exspecially if your hair is long)
