Now a days when i see shockwave or flash they say Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Shockwave Player. What are the reason where has macromedia gone and also when I enter http://www.macromedia.com in my browser it takes me to http://www.adobe.com. Is macromedia bankrupt and also if there are some one related to Adobe or Macromedia hear my words "We want Macromedia Back".

They were bought out by Adobe. Software development continues under "Macromedia" but it's now a division of Adobe.

Macromedia was bought by Adobe. They are one now.

Macromedia didn't go anywhere; they just merged with Adobe it seems. Same product / different name: embrace the changes with an open mind.
