I think that you need to remain supportive, make sure she stays compliant with all of her medications and that she regularly attends counseling sessions. It may be best for you to educate yourself on this matter as well so that you will be more effective when dealing with her mood swings and join a support group for people who are going through the same situation as you.

Try sitting her down and tell her how much you love her, but her mood swings are effecting the relationship you two share. Offer to go with her to counciling, or talking, anything. Once she realizes how much it hurts and effects you she should try to make a good effort to stop, get medication, or atleast try to help the problem.

You'd be a strong man if your love can beat the problems of that for time over time. If it really is love you are a good man. If not break clean away and never answere any of her calls. Trust me....

First I would do research on bi-polar. Secondly, keep in mind that if she ever kills you, she would not be held responsible due to her mental state of health. The worse she would have to go through is staying the mental hospital.

Be supportive and make sure she takes her medicine. If you love her and she loves you all should go well.
