1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Numbness due to poor nerve as well as blood circulation(fatigue). suggesting home remedy:
3. Take dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, add 2 cups water and slow bol till 1 cup remains. Add crystal sugar 1 tsp when look warm and drink twice a day, morning breakfast time and bedtime. After one one week make 3 times a day, once in the noon also. Remember that boiling 2 cups to 1 cup final is a must. At bedtime, you can take 1 cup milk+1cup water instead of 2 cup water, if you are not allergic to milk.
4. Even if you are HIV+ this would not add harm, may give benifit only. GInger is a liver tonic and turmeric is a killer of infections from ayurveda
5. Local massage by Mahanarayn Tailam will also give some benifit in blood circulation to arm.

Call your doctor's nurse tomorrow and explain your symptoms and see what they want you to do. They can move up your appointment if they are worried. They do not have ESP so you got to call and tell them when you have a new problem. Are you doing research on the web about your condition? No one else is going to care for you like you will, but you must be informed. You now have an illness that is like diabetes. You cannot cure it but you can survive it for years and years and years, but not if you do not get yourself an education on your condition. Diabetics and people with kidney failure fight every day to live well and ask their caregivers questions.. What is my createnine level...what is my blood sugar level? Your most important thing now is ...how am I today and what can I do to make sure tomorrow is better? What is my blood count today and what does that mean to me today? Your health used to take care of itself, but no more. Get involved..every day. Listen to yourself.....Gee, my arm is numb from the elbow down..do I really need that arm anymore? If the answer is yes, than do whatever it takes to take care of your arm tomorrow. So you got a disease, so do I. I started kidney dialysis
yesterday. My kidneys failed because I had too much chemotherapy because I had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma 3 different times. I have been fighting to live since I was 32 and am now 65. I expect to survive at least 20 years of dialysis. How long do you plan to survive your disease? Make it happen.
