only say it becuase you feel it, not because you feel you should! my tip, wait for him to say it. you might scare him off otherwise. guys can be weirded out when a girl says it too soon.

A month is not too short of a time if you honestly want this person to be in your life, for the rest of your life. I'm not saying you have to wanna marry this person to love them, not at all. I'm just saying that love should be for a long time and to throw the word around if you've only known the person a month is, well, taking a bit of a chance. Because there's lots of things you will discover about this person in a year, two years. And you want to be able to stand by your word, and keep loving them, I would think.

Well it just come in you. YOu just have to wait for that time it could be seconds days weeks months or even year it just takes time. EVERYTHING does because it would be lovely if it came from the hert the word I LOVE YOU

when you feel you love them and u want to be with them all the time, try to check if it is mutual first.. a month is not short at all.. when u just feel like it is ok

i would make sure the guy feels the same wqay as you if you come right out and tell it might scare him so if i were you i would wait untill he says it to you first and after that you can say it unless he fills the same way bout you if loves you back he will not be scared and will say it back good luck

its different for everyone. Its really just how you feel about him. Like how much you like him. If you really feel comfortable around him than i would say you could definitely say i love you to that person...
