I like this guy at work, but I'm thinking he has no idea. We dont really have time to talk all that much because we're too busy, but when we do it's great. My past experiences with guys haven't been too great, so i dont have much confidence in myself. any suggestions on how to go about this?

Thanks.

When you say it's GREAT, it's already a positive sign, because firstly you're somewhat compatible and secondly, you didn't have a nervous breakdown in front of him, hehe. Good job.

Before proceeding, please don't forget to check his 'availability' status! If the line is clear, then what you need now is a constant follow up plan!

Take it nice and easy but be frank that you are interested. Start by not missing the oportunity of having coffee or dinner after work together or during breaks to find out more about him. Don't worry, everything is on 'autopilot' from there. Good luck!!

just tell him, or start talking to him whenever you have the chance. He should get the hint at some point

easy does it. slow and steady. its work so you have to be tactful which im sure you are. maybe too tactful. its appropriate to ask him out for a drink after work.

Start with a question........And the first one might be,
"Are you married?"
