ive been doing gymnastics for 9 years, and thats really all i do for exercise. just keep doing it, and eating healthy and youll do fine. to be more flexible, stretch at home....while youre watching tv, sit in middles, or a pancake or something. or maybe spend 15 min. a day just working on splits, pikes, and backbends. to become stronger, just keep pushing yourself while doing strength. if your coach says, "do 10 so and so's"....try doing 11 or maybe 12. and to be more confident, trust and believe in yourself. good luck!

In all honesty, probably continuing gymnastics will firm up your muscles, but if u want to do something more try lifting weights, and lots of stretching will increase flexibility. Too be confident you must be happy with urself. And u should be, cuz gymnasts are freakin' awesome!
