There are no cleches' or methods to heal a broken heart. I have tried and have not found any. The heart will heal itself over time if you allow it. You can help alleviate the feelings that come from though. Try to stay away from the things that make you sad or think about the situation. Focus on something new such as a hobby, or participation in group activities. If you would be interested I play golf and am currently looking for a new partner. It is fun, group efforts, beautiful surroundings, peaceful environment, good company. Some of the nicest people I have met in life was on the golf course. Well, maybe not as I fall in love pretty easy. Ah what the heck sure I would love to have you on my team. Smile, it makes everyone wonder what you have been up to. Then you don't have to tell them. See your smiling already. Different focus is important. The heart will heal itself at its own pace, change the focus so you do not feel the aches that resound from the breaking. mmmmmuuuuuaaaaahhhh See ya on the 1st tee.

Only time can mend a broken heart but try to cheer up and go out there and have fun, don't just sit around crying about your broken heart, this will help you heal faster.. Good luck

if anyone knew there would be no such thing as "the blues." listen, honey, you need to get past this. you can never feel better about the situation if you only think: "this was it! they were the one!" you need to keep your life active and stay around people who love you, (i.e. friends and family) build up your self esteem and then, when you are ready, get out there and snag yourself a new one. you must remember: if i got a mate who was this good this early in life, what comes next? Only better things.

(p.s. even though you gave them all you love, it does not mean you have no more to give. thats the funny thing about emotion, the more you feel, the more ability you have to feel. if they really were the one you would not be broken hearted. you still have enough in you to mooooooveee on. update me, tell me what you're feeling.)

every one goes through a broken heart at least once and it feels like the end of the world, I KNOW, but then life takes you on a new road and with it new friends and then you see that there is a whole new world to explore and for sure a new love will apear, one better and possibly more fullfilling than the last, its hard but be strong and patient.

There is no secret, and there is no definitive answer. I happen to believe, your broken heart will "mend" itself in time. If you weather the storm , most likely you will become a stronger person and even learn more about yourself in time.!

Good luck! (been there)

Time, and alot of it. Don't sit around the house and be sad, go out with friend's, fill that empty space you have right now. Eventually you will feel better, and when you meet that special someone who you are truely meant for, you will be amazed.

Just take it one day at a time. You lived before him right?

just keep your self busy, dont let your mind grab the oportuniy to reminisce the happy moments u have before, all u have to do is to recall the hurtful and painful situaton, just be open minded always and just take ure pride as a priority in this situation so that it would be easy for you to forget him and the love that you have feel before for him will turn to be hatred, then as the days gone by then u are fully recovered thats the time u have to learn in forgiving him for the mistakes he have done.

Sounds dumb but time. And make yourself active. Do things YOU want to do. Become a single entity. Focus on you. Buy something nice. Do something you always wanted to. AND hang out with friends and family ALOT. They are there to help.
