you can get help and counseling for free. Walk in the closest Emergency Room Hospital and tell them your suicidal and they will admit you and get you some help or atleast give you a place to call or goto for these kind of situations. I went through something similar and I havent money for couseling but I got it. You have to ask the right people. Dont give up, your worth more than what you have been dealt so far in life and things will get better if you seek help to get away from the abuse you are experianceing. Dont wait untill a real bad event happens with you though. Go now while you can talk without being irrational. Go now, dont worry about anyone else at this moment. Go now.

Please know that there are many "free" opportunities to visit with a professional who can help you. If you are a student go to your guidance counselor or, if you are in college, see a campus student counselor at the student health department. If you're not in school check the phone directory for a listing of a free "Help Line" as most cities have them. If you live in a rural area with little professional help then seek out your family physician who can refer you to your local mental health organization. Please, please don't think that your life is so bad that you need to end it. There is always another answer. There are mental health clinics which you may qualify to see for free. I am someone who was attacked as a child. I didn't tell anyone for many, many years. Anger at the people around you is a natural reaction. Fear of not being believed is also natural. It doesn't really matter if any of your memories are "true" or "believed"... What matters most is that you find a way to deal with your feelings of anger, abandonment, betrayal and loss. Please don't give up. Life can be better but you need to reach out to others who can help in an "uninvolved" way - that is to people who are not part of the issue. It may not matter much but I'll pray that things get better for you, too.

To answer the question, Psychiatry is a profession, therefore a person pays many years of school to learn everything about that field. In the end, he/she will make a job out of the profession to provide for their family, just like a mechanic goes to school to learn the ins and outs of cars. But there are many other people such as concealers who can possibly help.
If someone is making advencements on you which you do not like, you need to let an authorative figure (parent, teacher, police) know. You must do something before something is done to you. There is nothing to be shy or embarrassed about. An authorative figure will offer protection and take action. But no one will know until something is said.
On to the rest of your message. The dreams are possibly scenarios which you create during the day or are things which bothers you so much that it stays in your subconscious and comes out when you sleep. The idle mind is only limited by the imagination, which can sometimes be influenced by emotions. If you go through the day feeling down, during the night when you sleep the emotions carry on into your dreams where you are unable to control them.
You say you have an obsession with knives. Let me as, what do you like about the knife? What is it that draws you to it? Why a knife instead of a flower or a painting or something else. What is it that you find so appealing that you feel you are obsessed with it? When you are able to fully and truthfully answer those questions, maybe you will understand more about yourself and find that the knife is not what you are drawn to, but rather it's power or abilities to damage. For most people, a knife is just a piece of metal with a plastic/wooden handle. Nothing more. How is it different to you?
There must be good moments in your days. Do not ponder on your dreams and do not focus on the bad moments you encounter during the day. Instead, try to reflect on everything that has been good and that you have enjoyed. I know first hand that when one thinks of the good things, the bad things seem less influential and life is easier to live. I have lost both of my parents and all of my grandparents but I do not think of the time at which they died or the times which I miss them. Instead, I think of the times I had with them....all the good times...and think of what life may have in store for me. But this is not about me, this is about you. What happens in your life that you are unable to have a joyful day because you are alive and able to see, speak, walk and have friends whom you share things with. And what joy would it bring you if you were to hurt yourself in any way? The end result is either you will have to live the rest of your life with the consequences of your actions you took upon yourself or you will put your friends and family (including aunts, uncles, and grandparents) through a devastating life because you will no longer be around to remind them of the times they were young and vibrant and experiencing everything in life for the first time.
You mean so much to so many people, just people do not say it all the time. From the teachers at the schools to a sibling, you mean more to them than they will ever say. Perhaps one day you can help someone else and make a difference in their life in some way. Or maybe you are doing that right now to someone you talk to. We never know what kind of impact we make on others and it shouldn't matter. We must find self gratification in the things we do and try to help others in ways we know how. After doing so, we may find that we have a true purpose here and maybe....just maybe some of us will find a true reason to live because it brings us true joy and comfort in the things we do for others.

Please don't kill yourself... you matter too much.
There is hope!
You need to break free from all that crap, even if it means breaking free (forever) from family. Mental Health Centers usually help provide free doctor & therapist care, & medicine.
Our daughter-in-law has been suicidally depressed & that's where she went.
Suicidal depression is not just a deep sadness... it's also a chemical imbalance & it can also be inherited.
Deep down inside, we all want to be happy & have peace... get help please, so you can have happiness & peace.
Your dad was seriously sick & what he did to you, you did not deserve.
Please... let others be strong for you... please.
You are worth more than words can ever say!
You're worth talking to & trying my best to reach, & praying for... you're a precious human being & you deserve a better life.
You're not the only person it's happened to.
Try seeing if there's a>>> suicide.com website & if there is one, ask them for help, too.

There should be alot, because most cases people cant afford one and the family wont pay for one cuz they dont know of they just dont want to.Its weird when people get shocked that a young person killed them selves then they actually care, its like their blind right now and once something happens then they can see it all know. But by then its going to be too late for them to do something to help you

Check your local telephone directory and see if there isn't a hotline of some kind you couldn't call where you could talk to someone about your situation.

If you truly can't afford it, there is psychological help for free. Call your county health department or closest hospital and ask about it.
