Stainless steel is better.
More sanitary
Can be washed over and over without worry of becoming brittle.
Will not absorb any of the content that you put in it.
Polycarb can!

Stainless steal is less likely to alter the taste of your drink and should keep it colder or hotter than polycarbonate.

Actually STAINLESS STEEL is better bcoz the other has mixed chemicals in them,and thus harmful.
