ive tried asking himand he doesn't care about the cops or my parents. i warned him when he started talking to me and he still doesn't care. and he only knew me for 20 minutes before proposeingas in marriage to me.

Where are you when this 22 year old man approaches you? Who is he that you've spent enough time with him that he wants to marry you or is he proposing something other than marriage? Where are your parents?
I'm sure you're a beautiful, smart 12½ year old but any 22 year old man that would allow himself to be interested in you has something wrong with him. He can't find or keep a companion his own age as a result of that 'something wrong'.
Tell your Mom and/or Dad or another adult that you trust that this guy is making you uncomfortable and why.

You really shouldn't be with him because it is against the law. If you don't like him and he is bothering you, tell your parents or an adult and they will call the police and he will go to jail. He will never have to bother you again. There are some crazy people out there and you shouldn't trust too many of them. He could be very dangerous and you should take this very seriously.

How is he bothering you if you live so far apart?
You are a minor. He is an adult. Some adults prey on minors for sex. The truth hurts. Just tell that guy, who lives in India, to leave you alone. ANd that in this country adults do not marry minors. There are laws against it. And it's really not our custom.
There could be legal recourse. Maybe talk to a lawyer.

Honey this is very important, tell someone older than you that you can trust like your parents a counselor. if you find yourself in a dangerous situation, call the police if you can. Men like this are very bad be careful and tell a lot of people. if you can help it don't go anywhere alone.

Tell your mom and then go and file a report with the police. This jerk is a PEDOPHILE and he'll just find another poor kid to stalk, YOU can stop him by telling your mom and teachers at school and anyone that will listen.
