Almost right... Chichester is the only English Cathedral spire that can be seen from the sea... obviously this rules out of contention any Cathedrals (such as Liverpool) that do not have spires....though i actually doubt Liverpool Cathedral(s) can be seen from anywhere further away than the mersey estuary(which is probably not counted as 'sea')...

BOTH OF LIVERPOOL S CATHEDRALS CAN BE SEEN FROM SEA AS YOU COME IN TO DOCK
