do not buy. if this thing worked like they claim, car manufacturers would install it in every car they sell.

If it's a "Just Screw In! No Major Installation Required!" ad campaign, I wouldn't trust it. No add-ins that promise easy installation and instant gains are really worth it, and sometimes they can cause major damage to your car.
