I Think They Should Get It Right Like All Church's But That's Not Far Off But Seriously If You Publish A Book Called The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived You Would Want To Get It Right Well Jesus Clearly States John The Baptist Is The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived So They Obviously Didn't

Last year these people thought the Watchtower Society was great.

Last year 2005, 247,631, became Jehovah's Witnesses and everyone of these had to change their minds pertaining to the false teachings that they had been taught, these were people that used their own Bible, King James, etc., 28,384 were from the United States.

Recently a clergyman in Brooklyn, New York, obtained a copy of the book The Truth That Leads to Eternal Life. He was so impressed with the chapter dealing with prayer that he used the book to teach members of his church this chapter in a special meeting. Later he was asked by one of them, “Are you teaching us out of those Jehovah’s witnesses’ books?”

He replied: “It is the truth, isn’t it? When you want Sunday-school literature, you buy it from several sources, don’t you? Well, Jehovah’s witnesses teach the truth. Furthermore, when you see Jehovah’s witnesses with the Watchtower magazine, you ought to take it, because they print the truth.”

JW's are in 235 lands & islands, we respect the flag of each country unlike most christian religions, Why do you think, the prisons are full of so-called Christians, why is it that so-called Christians are the ones that "burn, spit, step on the "flag" and show disrespect not only to the flag but to the country they live in?
Is it because of people that could care less about
God's rules that are layed out in the Bible?

I can think of a President of the U.S.A. that saluted or said the pledge of allegiance every day, yet He had to leave office because of wrong doing, and the deliberate act of deviating from the truth. So the saluting and pledge is not what makes you a good person, it's obeying God's Word, that does.

Is it because of people that could care less about
God's rules that are layed out in the Bible, you
people have 3 things on your brain, Catholics,
Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses.

Why don't you people wise up and start acting like a
Christian, isn't that what most of you claim to be?

For "Sqorpio"

Jesus extols John as being the equal of any prophet who lived before him, explaining: “Truly I say to you people, Among those born of women there has not been raised up a greater than John the Baptist; but a person that is a lesser one in the kingdom of the heavens is greater than he is. But from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of the heavens is the goal toward which men press.”

Jesus is here showing that John will not be in the heavenly Kingdom, since a lesser one there is greater than John. John prepared the way for Jesus but dies before Christ seals the covenant, or agreement, with his disciples, for them to be corulers with him in his Kingdom. That is why Jesus says that John will not be in the heavenly Kingdom. John will instead be an earthly subject of God’s Kingdom.

Revelation Chap. 20

And I saw thrones, and there were those who sat down on them, and power of judging was given them, they came to life and ruled as kings with the Christ for a thousand years.  (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.  Happy and holy is anyone having part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.

I love their articles. They are well written, somewhat well researched.

It's that last paragraph that always gets to me. The one where ONLY THEY can solve all the problems through their belief system, even if it is Jesus they are referring to.

It's not that simple and even Jesus said so. He said "save yourselves" at one point.

To segue and say Jesus cures all problems is a little over the edge and Even Jesus would probably agree to that!

You have to go deeper than that.

Believing in Jesus and God alone is not a cure. Understanding what Jesus and God are trying to tell you is another thing.

It can take a lifetime to master one of Jesus' concepts!

Watchtower's final solution is a little too oversimplistic!

They are a cult. Their founder Charles Taze Russell was proven in a court of law to be a fraud.
