Would that mean that Adam & Eve's descendants (including us) is the lineage of the snake who later known as satan and all are destined to hell? Would that mean that when Adam and Eve was kicked out in the garden of eden, their blood as the essence of lineage was contaminated with an evil blood?

So the perfect, sinless blood of Jesus was shed for the sin of mankind. We were reunited to God. That original sin no longer on our account.

NO NEVER
Adam and Eve as created souls, did sin to become imperfect[ anything can happen to use we are so imperfect, we have a short and temporary life full of trouble to death.
All are born souls after Adam and Eve, if disposed of. we would have nothing at all.

1Cor.15:22; As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

So we have a promise of being resurrected souls. The religious leaders that Jesus condemns need it. They have not a clue what any thing pertaining to God is.

They have Gehenna hell there at Jerusalem Mark 9:42-48; been there since Josiah put an end to people sacrificing there children in the fire, but these leaders have hands cut off people and they must throw them in Gehenna.

You can see by the harsh treatment of Jesus just how awfu the serpents are, they are equal to Satan John 8:44; He has murdered the whole human race.

Gehenna Matt.10:28; If God did not throw any one there, the disciples are told they can be resurrected from there. Rev.20:7-10; After the 1000 year reign of Christ Satan is thrown in the Lake of fire, I guess he is respponsible for Gehenna there in Jerusalem.
Fire rains down to consume all trouble makers after Jesus reign ends and God takes over.
Acts 2:31; Jesus was resurrected out of sepulchre hell John 19:38-42; that is a cave, a tomb, or a grave, Rev.20:1-6,12,13; these are resurrected from any place a dead person could be as even in the sea, or in death.

Heb.9:27; It is appointed unto man once to die, and after tis the judgement.

Angels have sinned and face judgement Jude 6; 2Pet.2:4; Luke 20:34-36; Angels do not die.

I would highly advice you not to take things out of the context of what was spoken by the speaker to the specific group of people that he was addressing. Too many people take one line and there and create an idea that is so far from the reality and truth that you end up with something completely wrong and weird. Also, I don't find Jesus saying "you brood of vipers" in John8:44. i find John the Baptist saying it in Luke 3:7. What version are you using? I have the NIV. In the context of what Jesus was talking, he was talking to a crowd of non believers who were contemplating murdering him. And thus they were like a brood of vipers who were ready to kill him.
Your second question about the evil blood is unusually put, but very perceptive. Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden for sinning against God. And their blood was contaminated with sin, which now courses through all of us. So, we are born with a sin nature. A desire to do wrong and rebel against God. And there is nothing we can do on our own to free ourselves from sin. That's why Jesus came and died on the cross so that he would take away our sin, if we believe in him, trust him and have a relationship with him.

Not necessarily evil, but that is how we are born with the stain of original sin, the sin that Adam and Eve committed. The brood of vipers is from Luke 3:7 and it is John the Baptist speaking to the high priests and the crowds that followed him and tell them to be baptized, and come to repentance before the wrath of God is upon them

Look at this passage in the Spirit. The reason why Jesus called the Pharisees a brood of vipers is because of the life they were living. They claimed they knew the Truth but their hearts were far from it. The same holds true for today. God looks at the heart.

NO, your reading to much into it. A viper is a snake as you stated , so what. They cant escape the fires of hell because they knowingly put Jesus to death. It had to happen that way, the Lord knew before time they would be evil.

You completely missed the point of that passage, I'm afraid. He wasn't talking to "the crowd." He was talking to the Pharisees. The Pharisees were the Jewish religious leaders at the time and they were very much caught up in their own self righteousness and hypocrisy. Jesus reserved an extra special rebuke for them because they were supposed to be showing people God, but instead they were looking out only for themselves and thus taking people further away from God.

What bible translation is that from? I have several that I compare and none of mine word it as above? If you read the entire chapter 8, perhaps you could answer your own question and stop wasting energy on a debate that will never die, unlike you.

John 8:44 The Children of the Devil-------- You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.-----------

The people Jesus was talking to did not believe that he was God. They said they only believed in God and that they hated him cuz they thot he was lying. Jesus referred to them as the children of the devil, the people who did not have faith in him. They were decieved by the devil and his lies. Not everyone is like this so not everyone is going to hell, those who have faith in God (and Jesus) and have Jesus in their heart, and they repent and get forgiveness, they will be saved by the Lord.

No.
No.
In the Bible the serpent was often referred to as the symbol of evil and wrong doing.( children of devil have the love of the darkness)

Jesus knew what was in the hearts of people (2:5), so He could trace their actions to their source. The devil is the murderer, his agents wanted to kill Christ.

This is meant in the sense of spiritual death, it holds him up, as the spiritual parent of his fallen human family, communicating to his offspring his evil passions and universal obliquity , and stimulating these into active exercise.

This is deep.
