Actually I think Christians should stand up to the injustices that the misguided few are doing in their name. The public face of Christianity IS the Religious Reich, all others remain silent and let the extremists take the spotlight. This means that the positive aspects of the faith are never presented to the rest of the spiritual community world wide. You can hardly expect a thought full, moral person to watch a KKK meeting and think "I should learn more about that religion!" What the Bible says is irrelevant if no is ever seen living according the teachings. No one cares what Christians teach, they are watching to see what Christians do, after all, do not even the Christians say "By their deeds ye will know them"?

YES!!! It appears that this is beginning to happen finally. For Centuries Christians have killed those they cannot convert (the Crusades) and those they cannot control (The Witch Burnings in England, Europe and America) Preached hatred toward and called names and committed acts of violence on those who do not meet with their approval (Liberals, Gays, other religions, Environmentalists, Scientists, expressive Artists, Planned Parenthood Clinics, Doctors, etc). How long shall the rest of the world have to put up with this so called "freedom of religion" before they see it as what it truly is, a hate mongering, tax free organization of Bigots and Hypocrites. Now someone (or many someones) finally say "ENOUGH!!" What response do the Christians give? They say "*gasp* you hate us because we are Christians!". No, you are just now getting back all the crap that you have sown for centuries as their bible says "Whatever a man soweth that shall he also reap", and after ages of sowing, it's Harvest Time for the Christians, but for some reason they don't want the "crop" of discontent and animosity they have sown through the ages.

It isn't fair to blame Christianity or religion in general. Religion has always been used as a political tool, particularly Monotheism, since the beginning. Look at Akhenaten or the Median ruling class of Persia, the core of all Abrahamic religions. Or the Indo-Persian Vedic how conquered India and taught them they were religiously an inferior caste, further from god.

There is religion and there is faith, there is also spirituality..
I was baptized Catholic - placed my faith in God - and am a Christian..
I also walked the way of the Witch for many years..
What wrongs are you speaking about? People in general should stand up against all injustices - but who desides what is or isn't..wrong.

Yes. It is the time to voice your opinions about the violence in all religions.

Only then can we stop the violence.

Two important points.

Islam - theivery, rape, murder, torture, treacher, everything has been used to spread this religion

Christianity - most of the ways of christianity are deceitful.

This is just two examples and it is the right time in the world.

Speak out for the violence of other religions and ask for justice.

If it leads to violence, so be it. But ask for justice. Not peace.

Raise your voice and shout.

"I have been hurt. I have been hurt."

"I want justice."

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I do believe that Christians should openly and vocally denounce the likes of Pat Robertson and James Dobson for all the embarassing things they have said, and for losing their focus on God and instead focusing on their own political power.

no...... what can one person do? nothing of course. because there's not really anything to do. Not many religously motivated crimes being commited by christians these days. Crusades and witch trials have been over for a long time; get over it.

You are so against Christianity, I was watching your profile... Man, do you hate anything else that we could hear about? I hate my father in law, and I don't talk about him. Why do you think other people want to read your ignorant questions?
