Well, some low-calorie beers are Amstel Light, Beck's Light, Bud Light, Coors Light.
With mixed drinks if it's cola you can use diet soda and anything else with sugar substitute in say...the lemonade you're gonna drink with your whiskey, but who knows if the bar will stock low-cal lemonade.
Also you'd want to watch how fast you drink and avoid pigging out if there's food around.

Most wines, red, white, roses' are usually under 100 calories and statistics show that drinking red wine helps also reduce heart disease. Before I became a personal trainer, I drank everything. When I quit drinking, I lost alot of weight.,

Well I would say to stay away from all alcohol as it is all useless sugars.
I would say if you had to drink it it to straight shots or mix with water.
Sorry alcohol is not a thing for people looking to loose weight or stay on a diet.
The alcohol by nature is all sugars and not good for ya. I would say to just learn to go out and have fun not drinking alcohol, this is a lot easier way and then you can see what fools your freinds acted like.

Make sure you NEVER drink diet soda. It has been proven to make you fatter. Sugary drinks actually were better! Not that they helped anyone get slim. No way. I'd say stick to unsweet drinks like v-8 juice type. I don't drink, so I forget or don't know.

Rum and diet cake
Gin and Tonic
White Wine Spritzer
Vodka and Grapefruit Juice
All of these drinks are relatively low in calories, if you don't overdue them.

Getting sloshed once in a while isn't going to make you gain a whole lot of weight. Especially if you take good care of yourself regularly (Exercise, Eating Right, etc) All in moderation, nothing in excess.
