It's hard for me to talk to the guys that I really like. And too I am little scared to do to much with eveything in my life.

Sounds like it's just the "fear of the unknown." Many people are shy... until they get used to doing certain things... or used to certain people.
Start with people you already know & feel comfortable with... practice... just like you would if you were an acting in a movie... take it one step at a time... make your mind up that you will have courage & determination to talk to them the way that you want to talk to other people. Don't let making mistakes keep you afraid of trying new things... you'll miss out on too much life has to offer... we all make mistakes... & we all get embarrassed, but try, try, try again.
