Why would you ask that question to people you cant trust on the internet? the only person who could tell you what is wrong with her dog with ANY accuracy at all would be your vet! And why the hell has she waited 3 entire weeks to take the dog to a vet, that sounds like a very very painful situation for the dog and I'm sure you would most likely visit the doctor if you were bleeding out of your piss hole. That is what a veterinarian is for.

Any bleeding from the vulva in a spayed dog is serious.

Please try to talk her in to taking the dog to the vet.

The rotten breath is also a sign of infection..

. She really needs to see the vet to get on the right antibiotics or treatment.

The dog can't take care of herself, or make descisions. Your friend is the only hope that her dog has.

Bleeding from the urinary tract is serious and can be fatal if not treated. Get that dog to a vet ASAP. The vet will also show your friend how to brush the dogs teeth.

bleeding from down there could mean a urinary tract infection. bad breath is not normal in dogs (contrary to what most people believe). teeth need cleaning by the vet.

If she hasn't been spayed, she's probably in heat. About her breath, get her teeth cleaned at the vet's. That should help her.
