turn to yaya...apparently you and her are tight. *shrug* it won't stop b/c you were the one who lied and screwed me over, that's why. generally speaking, when it's the guy who did wrong, he doesn't stop hurting for a while.

Take it day by day. I know it is easier said than done, but believe me sometimes that is all that is left. If you focus on surviving just one more day and each night renew that focus for yet another day, before you know it the heart ache will become a memory. You will still be saddened at the thought of what happened, but you'll be able to continue living without the sharp pain.

There is a way for you have the pain stop for a day or so.You just need to keep your mind off the thing that making your heart ache. Do something that you like very much.

With tremendous situation. that's like attempting to quit a real heart attack or a runaway practice by using status in its direction. If I had some advice or medicine that could want to remedy this widespread ailment, i'd probably get carry of a Nobel Prize for medicine.

oh, sweetie, that is so sad!!! i'm sorry if i have left you broken hearted all this time!!! come on over here and let me give ya some tlc..... (lol)
but, seriously, sweetie, this is not something that heals so quickly... from experience, i know.... time doesnt heal all wounds, unfortunately, however, keep yourself possitive, stay active, and dont lose touch with reality or you friends/family... if you need a shoulder to cry on, lean on, to lend an ear, i'm here for you!!!

do not worry that's normal if you feel this heartache after losing someone... your aching heart will heal after sometime... maybe after a few months... years.... but if that's not the case, go see a heart doctor...

The longer a person has been with someone the longer the hurt. It took me a good year to get over my exhusband, which we were married for 10 yrs.
