well if you two talk on the phone quite a bit then, she must like you a little. You have to ask.... if she says "no" then, oh well, at least you tried but if you don't ask at all then, she could have said "yes" and you would have missed the opportunity but...if you ask and she say "yes" you'll be so glad you did. Also, ladies like a man who is confident. So, GO FOR IT!!!
