Family SHOULD be. Unfortunately, we've all got that uncle with the shady past. Anyone who works hard, is honest, and shows compassion towards fellow man is a great role model for kids. Or there's Britney Spears.

Their parents. Parents are usually the ones that children will emulate the most because children see their parents the most often, spend the most time with, and are supposed to be the one who teach them what they need to know.
