It depends upon what tires you have. Chech the side markings of your tire and deduct 5 psi from the maximum pressure (psi) allowable if you are city-driving with 3 passengers and below. If you plan to go off-road or rough, deduct 7 psi.

It is on the drivers door sticker, should be 32 or 35 psi

Do not use what's on the tire use only what the car says which there should be a sticker somewhere in the door or check your owners manual.

it is usually written on the tire somewhere. it'll have "psi" after it.
