Or the red gun turning down, but to do a good job ask a tech to set up the grey scale .correctly , its better than fiddling willy nilly turning guns up and down !

If you have it hooked up to your receiver with a component cable the blue or green may be out, so it is displaying red.

Sorry, couldn't resist... check your color settings.. if none of them do anything about it then I would say one of the electron guns is bad.

the green or blue gun needs to be turned up a little
