I guess if you want to get back at her and him, then go ahead. But if you dont want your "friend with benefits" to be angry with you, then I wouldn't. It is always good to be honest. But I don't think you being honest would be for the right reasons.

She can't be too keen on her boyfriend if she's sleeping with you....don't say anything; he lies will catch up with her sooner or later.
