Your about 20 pounds overweight...I had the same problem...you probably haven't experienced a growth spurt...try this diet... The Rules: You must drink eight 8oz. glasses of water daily (64 oz. total per day). At any meal you may eat until you are full. You must eat the minimum listed at each meal. (yep, this diet list the minimum you should eat). You cannot eliminate anything from the diet. Especially the bacon at breakfast and the salads. You must eat the bacon and salads. These combinations of food burn the fat, omitting one part of the combination will cause the whole thing not to work. The grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. Don't add or reduce the amount of grapefruit or juice. Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup at meal time. Don't eat between meals. If you eat the suggested foods you will not get hungry. You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables. Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes. Dont worry what they say. Join a sport that makes you active. Not something like cheerleading or golf. You have to move. Try volleyball or swimming. Also eat healthier, and right amounts. Work to build muscel and loose fat at the same time. I am 5'2" and 150 but I look about 135. Good luck!

first of all, dont listen to the other people who call u fat or w/e sorry it just makes me mad when i hear people making fun of other people cuz i went through the same thing. i know how hard it is to just eat less and cancel out your favorte foods.. so i started running. alot. i started out with a .5 mile a day and now up to 3 miles. i work out alot too. and as for the food, you dont have to eat less nessesarily, jsut focus hard on eating healthier, but make the transition slowly because you are trying to make a lifestyle change... you can still have you desserts and junk food, just less of them and also add fruits and vegis to your diet as well. if you do all that you will start to see results fairly quickly and youll FEEL better too. good luck adn dont give up

im about ur age and 2" taller. weighed 5 lb less then u. 2 months ago i went on a diet called sugar busters and i lost about 10 lb. they might have the book at ur public library or something.

Switch to eating all organic food, tons of fruit and veggies, once you nourish your body you will start feeling better and lose fat fast. Also you must exericse, our bodies are designed to move
