thank for all the replies, the reason i was asking was because when my dad died, I held up pretty good that day for my moms sake, but when I went home that night I broke down and started crying and all of a sudden I heard my dad say "dry it up" which is what he always said to me when I was little and crying about something he didn't think I should be crying about. I was just at peace with it after that.

Yes. And words that she always use to say.

My grandmother was a ministers wife, and didn't believe in going to psychics, or any of that. One of her favorite things to say when I was about to do something stupid, was, "put your thinking cap on, honey."

I had a friend who made an appointment to sit with a psychic in Los Angeles once. I went with him because we had some things to do in that area afterward. When the psychic met us at the door, before he even greeted my friend, he looked directly at me, and in my grandmother's voice, said, "put your thinking cap on, honey."

I went and waited in the car.

My neighbor's 15 year old son was killed in her house 11 years ago and he's still there. He's partially showed himself to me but all the way to others. One time he had his old basketball on the front porch and rolled it to the middle where we could see it. I told him he could pass on that his mother was okay and just wanted him to rest - he rolled it like a NO - answered another question in the way of YES. He's thrown things off of counters, turns lights on and off, you can hear him sneezing and playing ball upstairs - hear him walking around when no one is home.

Yes I have. I know why, but most don't want to know the truth. If you believe in God, then you should also believe there is a devil. The devil can immitate such things and will whisper to you in the voice of a dead person.

Dead people don't talk. jThat is a Biblical fact.

Yes I have heard my deceased fathers voice and my son has seen his grandfathers spirit. So yes it is true what we hear and see from the afterlife! It's Gods miracles. I have even felt my father pat my head!

There have been times that I swear I hear my mom's voice. She was 48 and died from colo-rectal cancer in 2000.

Yes, I do in late 70s from my own father but unfortunately I cannot see him in person. This can be realistic to certain faithful families only.
