The safest, most effective, and most long-lasting way to lose weight is by healthy eating, and to do it slowly. About 1-2 lbs per week. So, if you work hard, it would take about 6 months. If you lose weight faster, it would be unhealthy.

You are still young and growing, so I would think you could lose it fast. But who knows, everyone is different. I have recently lost some weight myself and one week feels like forever, I know, really.
Make long term goals like being able to look really hot in a bathing suit by next summer. Then, work out at the gym, eat right and be proud of what you do everyday to get closer to your goal.
You will get there.

If you lose weight too fast, you will not keep it off. It is better to adopt a healthy life style, i.e., moderate exercise and moderate diet and lose about a pound a week. I know, it sounds slow, but slow and steady really does win the race of life!

Everyone loses weight differently. Since you are still young, six months might be a reasonable goal. Depending on your frame size (are you small, medium or large frame?) depends on your ideal weight. Check out this website.

Well you are 14 and you can loose pretty fast Lots of protein and exercise. Water water water and what ever you do do not skip any meals it slows your metabolism and allows your body to work on less fuel which means you burn less fat. no junk food no fries no soda (well your 14 you can cheat alittle)

if you go for walk for 1 hour in the morning it will take 8 months and you have to eat food only one time
