This type of lying is better than being truthfull? What do you say about this?

I have asked my self this same question. It is amazing to me how some people have difficulty with truths, but "we" do.
For example, if your friend has a baby and asked you..."Isn't my baby the cutest baby you've ever seen?" You would not state oh, hell no, ! your baby is butt ugly! Would you? Of course not. You'd probably smile and sheepishly say "oh yes, your baby is very cute.." or to some degree in that mannner. Sometimes we can't state truth, because it will hurt or offend someones feelings.

It's better to be truthful. There are times you have to lie, but not often, and one should never lie, all the time. Lies hurt, too. Nobody likes to be decieved. Deception is eventually figured out. And no more friendship.

Truthful. People will admire that more. Alot of people say I'm too blunt but I say this. I'm not going to beat around and let you think something other than the truth. If it's ugly then thats what I'll say.

truthful because then those people who get lied to don't go off and try to impress or anything else other people..because then they get imberressed. I would b truthful.... i mean u don't want to li and then they embarrass them selves.
that is unless itz my bffl and then i have to lie. like a small white lie or something

sometimes you have to lie ..........I guess you lie in a truthful way.............Like that does look nice but I know some way even better ...........bet you like it....
