Just be yourself and ask politely. If you don't want to ask her in front of people, ask her if you could speak with her privately for a few minutes. Be kind and don't beat around the bush, if you catch my drift. Be open and honest about how you feel about her, but don't be so blunt that she feels uncomfortable around you. Pretty much, don't be afraid to say it, the worst that could happen is that she says "no", and I don't think that will happen if you feel that she likes you as well.
