Good point my friend.... Evidently theres more to atheism and satanism than meets the eye. It's another spirit that guides them, they and many more other beliefs have that in common.

Satanists do not represent all, or even a significant number of atheists.
Satanism is a reactionary philosophy - reacting against the authoritarian dogma of Christianity. I guess it doesn't surprise me that it dwells on anti-Christian sentiment as a result, much more so than anti-Islam, or anti-leprechauns.
I focus on Christianity, because that's what almost everyone else is focused on. I already have agreement with most people I talk to that Islam is BS, so it's pointless to attack it. But such agreement does not exist regarding Christianity. It's the dominant religion in western culture, so it gets the heat.

Atheists are not held in high esteem in this country; they are considered cold and calculating, with no love or compassion. This is an unfair stereotype but it is exploited mercilessly by religious organizations.
They bother because they feel that their way of godless life is being attacked by the Christian Right; there are schools that forbid teaching evolution, creationists claiming to be scientists, and a whole slew of legislation being introduced on, primarily, religious grounds (abortion, gay marriage, display of 10 commandments).
I personally feel offended when I am called a Good Samaritan; as if my kindness is a product of blind faith and not human compassion.

It's no more a waste of time than wasting your life fighting for something you believe in that is false like religious folk.
Religious folk are becoming increasingly political, well organised and very well funded and that makes you a threat to other people...you need to kept in check by someone and I guess it comes down to individual atheists to expose what you are up to...a Christian theocracy is not a desirable thing, we don't see that as a possible future thank you.

Jesus is perfect and he was a human to boot. Do you know how angry people get when told that they have to work at being perfect too? Being honest in our world is one tough chore especially when others aren't and get away with cheating on their taxes or even driving fast in a slow zone, agreed? The good ole boy aditude is another example, its dishonest, everybody knows it is, but you have to do it or face the hate they will generate against you if you don't. Thats why they hate the truth sayers.

Atheists are strange. I dont understand why alot of them hate religion with a passion, instead of letting religious people be. Have they been hurt by someone, maybe a religious person and want to take their anger out on everyone. Who knows? And brianna_fake_angel, there is no conspiracy plot for Christians to take over gov't. Dang ur a loser.

I like ur last statement. LOL That's funny! A lot of believers ask these people that and some say to make fun of believers. Some say they are trying to convert others to atheism.
