hah... i knew that...it would b better if they inforced it more....that way we wouldn't have so many girls pergant....guys most likely don't care b/c they won't be the ones w/ a baby in their stomach but how would u feel if u were a girl and pergant????

Actually you are only half right. If a 16 year old has consensual sex with someone over 18, then it is illegal. If the other person is under 18, it's a rather gray area since both parties are minors.

Depends where you live. In Washington state you can have sex at any age. Your partner just cant be more than 2 years older than you or they get in trouble (statutory rape) untill you are both 18.

well, I lost my virginity at 14. I don't think it should be illegal cause if you are contant with having sex with the other person than hey. I think that law should only go towards rappists and predaters...

I didn't know it was illegal, but I do know that 16yrs and younger should enjoy life and not worry about catching something or getting pregnant. P.S where did you get this information?

here in my country,sex by a man older than 18 with a woman below 18 may be considered as a crime of seduction.if below 12, then its statutory rape.

i think is differs in different states because i'm in wisconsin and i think its if you have it before 18 its illegal.but by my dads laws it is illegal before 16
