I don't think so, check out Luke 18:1-8. Looks like persistence paid off there.

Depends on your belief. If your faith says you need to only ask once then so be it. Some beliefs require patience. Maybe your prayer was answered and you missed it? Most times when people feel unanswered the one they got isn't what they wanted. Pray for clarity on the subject. Tell God you didn't get it the first time. You only lack faith if you believe God would never answer.

First of all, prayer is not useless. I think of prayer as a way of venting sometimes. To get things off your chest and be okay with it because I know that no matter what I say, God will always love me. So praying to him about the same thing multiple times just means that you're having a hard time interpreting His answer to your prayer. At least, that's how I see it.

No. The Bible tells us to be persistant in prayer. You had faith to pray the first time so have faith to pray without ceasing.

No. Prayer is about faith. It is not exclusively about asking for God's help. It should be about giving thanks as well. Their are many things which we can ask about repeatedly in good faith: peace, health, strength of character, etc.. Silly things, like a clear complexion, or a boyfriend, are probably not very high on God's priority list.

NO WAY! I pray often that my son will grow up to be an upstanding, good hearted, compasionate Christian with strong moral values. I ask often that God will lead me to where i am suppose to be. But i always ask he do these things in his time and his will. I have faith that he will do these things not in my time but his.

No. God wants you to do this. He already knows your needs, concerns, he wants you to take all worries, needs, concerns to him. God wants to know if you know your needs. Not your wants or desires. Pray with all your heart, it's all right to pray for the same thing.

IF GOD has said something to YOU in the BIBLE, like one of HIS Many Promise's, then all you have to do is RECIEVE it and Thank GOD for it.
If it is something Personal (not really in the BIBLE), GOD said that HE would meet your NEED's.
If you NEED it, then keep asking and Believing that you Recieve it----but try to make sure that it is HIS Perfect Will for your Life---some thing's would hurt us if HE gave it to us. Hope this helps.

No not at all. The Bible tells us to not expect to be heard for our "much speaking", in other words, mumbling repetitive things over and over. But asking for wisdom, guidance, health, safety, etc. for example daily or many times a day is absolutely permissible.
