I just had my period and it seems to be lasting longer than usual. Does this mean something bad?

No, the only difference between prenatal vitamins and regular vitamins is that there is extra folic acid in prenatal vitamins.

Nope...I took them for two years prior to becoming pregnant. It just makes you healthier. My hair, too, grew so much faster when I was taking prenatal vitamins.

not bad for you at all, actually makes you hair and nails grow faster (folic acid). Not sure why your period is longer, but the vitamins are not the reason
