I keep seeing these silly things on the internet, these lists that girls write about the "perfect guy", about all the wonderful things he should do for her.... when in reality, all the guys who actually would do these things (aka nice guys) are the guys that girls won't even give the time of day to. We all know that no matter what girls say, they will always date the douche bag instead of the nice guy, so why do they even bother writing these silly things?

Actually, I married one of those nice guys! No he wasn't perfect, but neither am I. I never look for perfection, just someone who is willing to treat me and my children decently.

I am guilty of making lists like that when I was younger but I have come to realize that I'm sick of guys/girls drooling all over me. I prefer the guys that treat me like I'm just average and I love it.
If someone is hanging all over me that pushes me away. But if they are chilled out then that makes me come to them. I love it!
