I wouldn't recommend you to go that extreme from white to black... I don't know what the homemade remedy is and how are you going to do it, but see if you get lighter color, light brown... or something ... Good luck! By the way... I think white hair is very pretty, so maybe there is no need to change it, unless you really want to.

Please go to a professional to color white hair dark. You will most likely choose the wrong color and you will be in shock an not like it. A pro can add slight low lights and gradually darken it. I wouldn't use a home made remedy. Just get a real dye job from a pro. Chemicals are very modern these days and do not cause hair loss.

Bigen makes a good dye that has never irritated me and I have very sensitive skin. It is cheap and Sally's carries it. It also looks like a natural black. Check it out.

I dont know what you're using to dye it black but I used hair dye one time and i STRONGLY recommend you DONT do it..it's damn near impossible to get rid of..you just have to wait until it grows out..you can try to use something to strip it out but you cant fully get it out..BELIEVE ME i know...think this through
like someone said, it will be VERY different

If you have white hair and you color it black, you are going to
be in for a shock. That is a drastic change.

good luck...Why not just get a product that will shampoo out. I use Fancy Full...You can purchase it at walmart or any beauty supply store...The color is nothing permanent..It washes right out.
