Money can affect people in good or bad ways BUT it cant buy love or health.

I think it can affect a relationship in many ways, not necessarily bad. I don't think it can buy love. I do think if a person is financially stable or beyond that the two people can have the chance to be themselves in the relationship. Then there are not the financial stress factors affecting your feelings. I think it can affect a relationship poorly if one or the other expects the one with money to pay for everything and more. I don't believe in being a gold digger unless all your looking for is gold and not love.

It depends on the individuals in a relationship. My ex and I had a lot in common and didn't last much more thatn a year. He had descent money. My second is quite poor and so am I. We both struggle to gether to get a slice of bread on the table. Yet we are more than content with one another. It isn't really money that affects a relationship. It is love or the lack of it that affects it and then money takes first place.

In today's world, MONEY is the way to go and yeah hate to burst your bubble but money can buy love.
Take the movie, Pretty Woman for example. Richard Gere paid Julia Roberts to be his escort & we all know the rest.
The same with Anna Nicole & that poor old dead guy she married. Did you honestly think she married him for love?! Puh-lease!
We all like to feel we're financially secure at some point. To be able to afford certain luxuries, not worry about balancing cheque books & what not, etc.
Many relationships are built on superficial qualities like lust, wealth & love comes in later pretty much with time, hopefully, if you're lucky.

Unfortunately this day and age it does...to do a lot of things together ...it take money!
I personally try to find things in a relationship to do that does not cost anything. Nature hikes, beaches, bike rides, just cuddling on the couch and making love in the bedroom!

Money can't buy happiness but it can provide a nicer form of misery.

Of course money affects all kinds of relationships.

Ofcourse. Money can make anyone more attractive. Even those who are considered below average looking. Money is tangible and can only buy tangible things. And those things only bring enjoyment for a moment, then it fades. Love is something from within - that you cannot see. It evolves. In conclusion, my philosophy is be single and successful!

In a way yes. I wouldn't be with someone just because they have money. At this point in my life though, I wouldn't be with someone unless they had a stable job. That could be McDonald's or a gas station as long as it is a stable income. I would prefer someone that could support me, if I time came it was necessary for a short period. Basically money matters a little, as long as I don't have to support him!
