They are not real! They were added in the bible as an afterthought. Its pretty much blasphomy to say they are real.

Demons are real. They are the original angels that left the heavenlies with Lucifer. If I recall it was 1/3 of the angles that were kicked out with their boss. They have many jobs here on Earth including but not limited to the spirits of the flesh, like greed, lust, envy, addiction, etc. Ask the Holy Spirit to instruct you on their reality. That is the Spirit above all spirits. If that one is with you you don't have to worry about the rest.

Same reason they believe the rest of the contents of their Holy Books exist. Thousands of years of brainwashing. You are told when you are a child that everything in the book is true and you have that constantly reiterated by family members, peers, clergy and, depending on your school, teachers. Hearing something that often and with such conviction would convince most anybody of most anything.

If God really exists with the Angels, then Demons exist with Lucifer. You cant (shouldn't) acknowledge One supernatural being without acknowledging the possibilty of any other, since, regardless of what anyone says, its all oppinion and to this point there is no proof regarding that matter.

Superstition. For the same reason the people believe that it is unlucky for a black cat to cross their path, walking under a ladder is bad luck, or stepping on a crack (in the sidewalk) will break your mother's back. Same reason the Mayans believed that sacrificing virgins brought rain and prosperity. Stupid superstition.

because they do, read the bible and you will find out. If you don't believe i am sure you have open doors that are welcoming them. You open doors by having ungodly things, like porn, Movies like lord of the rings and harry potter. Read up more on the Good book so you can shut those wide open doors.

The Bible tells us that there are demons. They used to be angels but decided to follow Satan and so they are like the same as him.

PEOPLE DEMONS DO EXIST .. Because they are real. Why wouldn't they be real? If there is such a thing as guardian angels from heaven, then there is such a thing as demons from hell. Why do you care what others believe in? Let others believe what they want to believe in, not what you want to believe in.

They need scapegoats for all the bad in the world so rather than take a look at themselves and seeing what they should change in themselves they blame what's wrong with them and their lives on external forces.
