Yes they definitely do have feelings. There have been cases of dogs who went into deep depressions after losing a human caretaker or another animal that they were emotionally attached to. Some have even died of broken hearts! :*(

Both, they have feelings and they can feel. For instance, when you come home from a hard days work and when you come in don't you see your dog's tail wagging? Of course you know that it is a sign of happiness, or when a complete stranger walks by, the dog feels that it is it's duty to protect you therefore barking at them. They can also feel, you'll notice every time they kick their hind leg when you rub their belly(some dogs don't like that). Or to put it lamest terms they'll kill you if you step on their tail.

Dogs definitely have feelings... mine mopes when i start getting ready for work, gets excited when its time to go to the dog park, goes nuts when she sees me hooking the boat up cause she knows we going to the lake. When she senses im sad she comes over and cuddles with me. And when she does something wrong she puts her tail between her legs and gives me a really cute "im sorry" look.... yep they defiantly have feelings sometimes with some of the looks i get i she could tell me whats on her mind... LOL

Dogs and cats definitely have feelings. It's a medical fact. Humans have something called the limbic system in the brain which controls our feelings and helps us interpret them. Dogs, cats, and other mammals have these systems in their brains as well. So yes, they feel things.

I can say for sure that they do have feelings. I have a bullmastiff/Labrador mix and he is 18 months old. He has shown so many emotions to my fiance and I. When we fuss we can tell he is hurt and sad. He actually sits in his corner and pouts...lol. Animals can feel our emotions as well...havent you seen a person who is sad and their dog. The dog will try to comfort them.

Of course they have feelings. They display all of the emotions that we do. Love, affection, a desire to play and have fun, anger, hurt, fear of abandonment. If you doubt they have feelings just look at a dog's tail when you pet them affectionately or when you scratch their ears.

Of course they have feelings! Look at the way a dog reacts when you praise him and hug him, compared to how he reacts when you ignore him or scold him.

Yes dogs have feelings, however, they are not driven by them the same we are.
