Probably all over the spectrum, from zero to 6 or 7 figures. The winner gets endorsements and the losers get to go home.
OK, in reality, any team that finishes 7 of their 9 starters got at least $1,800 each in 2005. There is a complicated breakdown of the total prize pool, along with numerous prizes for various feats.
Here's a link to the 2005 data:

The minimum salary for a ProTour team is 30,000 Euros (24,000 for a new pro). Since for the most part it is the top half of the riders on a team that are in the Tour de France these riders make well over the minimum. This does not include individual sponsorship deals (really only for the top riders), and winnings that are usually split with everyone on the team.

Well, if you consider the actual earning directly because of the Tour, then you can easily find that info.
If you are asking what the average world class rider earns, through all of his endorsements, then that is a bit more complicated. It's like any sport when it comes to salaries, the better you are, the more another team will pay you when you become a free agent.
