1. The Bible is a well known historical record of events. It has been checked for internal agreement, external agreement, and archeological agreement and has passed every single test with flying colours.

2. Harry Potter is a work of fiction, written as a work of fiction. It has no basis in reality.

Obviously the bible holds more truth.

They both contain truths. God has had a hand in all the great works of literature throughout all time. Don't limit God to 2000+ years ago. God is still here and active with us now. God finds all manner of ways to communicate with us. We just have to open ourselves and listen. Harry Potter -- sure, why not?

If you think of the Christian Faith Bible as "a book" then you have no understanding of what it truly is. So how can you judge it's Truth?
